Job Description

Freshworks is looking for a Lead - Brand Marketing (Brand Enablement) to help us build an iconic brand at a global scale. This is your chance to impact the branding of one of the fastest growing tech companies. Working with teams across the organization, you will be responsible for identifying ongoing business needs for templates, asset libraries, systems, and other tools that will help scale our efforts for quality and consistency across our experiences. Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, you will play a key role in how our brand is embraced and adopted internally. This role requires a passion for cross-functional collaboration and a clear understanding of brand systems and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with key stakeholders to identify template, asset library, and system needs across the organization to help create consistency, efficiency, and scalability of our brand. 
  • Day-to-day management of enablement tools — from inception to completion of new templates, libraries, and systems, partnering with our Brand Creative team.
  • Conduct ongoing education and training efforts to manage tool adoption.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and optimize templates and overall tool usage, proactively adjusting where business and brand needs dictate.
  • Day-to-day management of company store - working with stakeholders across the organization to proactively identify Freshworks branded merchandise to create for purchase and bulk ordering for team, event, and company-wide initiatives
  • Proactively communicate and create alignment with stakeholders located in India, US and around the world
  • Track, follow up and appropriately communicate all updates, roadblocks and decisions  for projects on an ongoing basis to leadership and stakeholders

Qualifications

 

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in brand management with either an in-house brand team or through an agency
  • Experience working with creative teams on development of brand systems, templates, and training
  • Experience with Canva, Camtasia, and digital asset management a plus
  • Experience collaborating and driving alignment with executive-level stakeholders  
  • Excellent organizational skills with experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities
  • 1-2 years of relevant project management experience - developing and managing work back schedules, scope, budgets, resource plans, issues and risks
  • Proven ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment 
  • Comfortable speaking with multiple stakeholders at varying levels, ability to synthesize detailed project tasks to report up high-level accomplishments and risks
  • An enthusiastic team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with many cross functional and global teams is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

The annual base salary range for this position is between 98,280 USD to 143,780+ USD. Compensation is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location, experience, job-related skills, and level.
