Please note: this role will be based in San Mateo, CA or Denver, CO and requires an in office presence.

The Field Marketing Manager of AMER is responsible for defining the marketing strategy in alignment with the global and regional GTM strategy and building an integrated marketing plan that underpins the company’s revenue growth objectives.

As the link of Marketing in your region, you’ll partner with every Sales and Marketing organization to ensure the NA field marketing team creates and curates engaging programs that  define the marketing strategy and generate demand, both direct and through partners. Throughout, you’ll experiment with new approaches and tools, and be disciplined and analytical in measuring programs across AMER, consistently sharing results up and across the organization. You are a data-guided and results-driven marketer, a role model to your team, and a partner to your cross-functional stakeholders.

The role will report into the Head of America’s Field Marketing and can be based anywhere in the US.

What You’ll Do/Complexity:

  • Develop the Americas demand generation marketing strategy, including a multi- channel marketing plan encompassing field and partner programs, aligned to the regional GTM, with a strong focus on ABM, key verticals and personas
  • Be a trusted partner to the AMER sales leadership team by understanding and supporting the needs of each territory through careful and calculated planning of marketing strategies and programs that accelerate deal velocity
  • Deliver the pipeline required to meet the revenue and growth targets for the Americas in partnership with the Americas Sales Leadership Team and key business partners to ensure alignment, buy-in, and support
  • Align with the partner organization in line with the regional GTM and build a partner marketing strategy that provides mutual business value and enables leverage and scale in your overall regional marketing plan
  • Work in partnership with the Corporate Marketing, Product Marketing and Campaign teams to leverage and optimize centrally produced campaign materials to deliver demand generation programs
  • Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of Americas marketing demand generation programs on an ongoing basis, to dynamically manage the business and ensure delivery of results against key KPIs
  • Manage the regional budget within the agreed parameters to deliver established outcomes for the business
  • Develop and lead your team so that align to the global marketing agenda, and have actionable individual development plans for personal growth

Qualifications

What You Need to Succeed (Experience/Education):

  • 5-7 years of field marketing experience and account management/marketing experience in a enterprise software, B2B SaaS or technology company
  • Experience creating and implementing proven successful, seeding, demand creation, lead nurturing and pipeline acceleration programs leveraging intent and ABM
  • Highly results driven with outstanding analytical ability. Demonstration of a metrics-driven approach to success and can show Return on Investment (ROI) by tracking results from funded/co-marketing activity against budget
  • Experience working cross functionally with sales or customer success teams
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Expertise with CRM and Marketing Automation systems 
  • Good humor and positive, can-do attitude is required
  • 30-50% travel to domestic markets

  • Setting and executing against a GTM strategy that delivers quality pipeline and achieves the marketing contribution to the overall Americas pipeline
  • An effective and respected member of the Americas leadership team with excellent relationships with your sales leadership, partner managers and sales development partners
  • Your team is successful; they are executing with impact; feel satisfaction and pride in the team’s shared achievements; have clear personal growth plans
  • Excellent communication with all internal stakeholders who are well informed and can input in a timely and consistent manner on plans, activities, forecasted performance, actual results and return on investment

Additional Information

The annual OTE range for this position is $140,000 - $165,000+. Compensation is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location, experience, job-related skills and level.
