Job Description

Freshworks is looking for a Senior Manager of Analyst Relations to join our rapidly growing  team. In this role, you will be Freshworks’ global champion and point of contact for the analyst community. Reporting to the Head of Analyst Relations, you will be responsible for driving analyst relations projects and creating, maintaining and influencing analyst relationships that contribute to the overall success of the team. Additionally, you will co-create the analyst relations strategy with the business unit and manage the variety of research and independent analyst relationships that influence Freshworks’ success. 

  • Build and maintain close relationships with key industry analysts globally.
  • Own the governance and management for all industry analyst relations respective to the product and business priorities.
  • Establish and execute upon analyst relations strategy to increase the profile of the business unit, resulting in stronger adoption of the business units’ products.
  • Work in close collaboration with experts in marketing, product development and sales – specifically with key stakeholders across Freshworks to drive and support the development and delivery of Gartner MQ submission and other leading vendor ranking research.
  • Lead the organization and execution of analyst-facing events – meetings, briefings, receptions, speaking ops, etc.
  • Engage with Sales and provide sales enablement support, as needed.
  • Organize briefings and inquiries with key analysts in accordance to analyst relations goals.
  • Develop analyst relations communications such as newsletters, emails, etc.
  • Read, distribute and provide insight on relevant research published to teams across Freshworks.
  • Support analyst research and the community at large by curating information from Freshworks.
  • Monitor and advise Peer Review site opportunities for internal and external support.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in the Analyst Relations field.
  • Exceptional and persuasive writing and communication skills; ability to synthesize complex topics into memorable sound-bites; track record of creating compelling content. Ability to write concisely and comprehensively.
  • Experience in creating and executing communication plans that evangelize and influence.
  • Demonstrated ability to speak to a wide range of audiences including technical and senior business decision makers.
  • Experience in creating and executing marketing plans that evangelize and influence.
  • Excellent time management skills to effectively execute on multiple projects across multiple regions simultaneously.
  • Domain expertise in either Customer Experience or Employee Experience (CX/EX) SaaS is a plus.
  • A track record of successfully representing high-profile, high-growth B2B SaaS or technology companies.
  • Located in North America with ability to travel as needed.

Additional Information

The annual OTE range for this position is $168,000 - $210,000+ USD.

Compensation is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location, experience, job-related skills and level. Bonus/equity may be available.
