Job Description

Freshworks is looking for a results-oriented, performance-driven marketing leader to drive Global Field, Partner and Events Marketing. This role will lead a team of 30 field and partner marketers and partner closely with marketing functions, regional teams, and field sales leaders to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth. We're looking for someone with significant experience leading global teams, a proven track record in supporting fast growth SaaS companies and robust experience with events, partner relationships and joint go-to-markets, developing strong sales relationships, field and account based marketing and digital marketing.

  • Own field marketing execution to drive pipeline growth numbers and improve funnel conversion
  • Lead the global field and partner marketing teams, programs, strategy and execution.
  • Collaborate with sales, sales development, and customer success leaders to ensure strong execution and results
  • Provide cross-functional leadership across internal teams and external agencies/vendors to ensure delivery of all campaign elements and establish process efficiencies.
  • Represent Field Marketing to align across marketing and sales, establish top line KPIs and reporting cadence, and present to stakeholders at all levels on a consistent basis.
  • Work with insights/analytics team, marketing technologies and external vendors to analyze, optimize and report on results data.
  • Collaborate with marketing operations to inform and advise on lead management, marketing technologies, customer communication cadence, contact management, account insights, campaign insights and more.
  • Coordinate internally and externally to ensure a cohesive and positive customer experience at all touch points.
  • Coordinate with sales leadership and sales operations/enablement to align on programs, communications and external-facing field driven activities.
  • Manage field and partner marketing budget strategy, execution, and optimization efforts in collaboration with marketing operations and the other global demand generation functions.
  • Work closely with internal and external content and creative development teams in support of campaign execution.Build strategic investment plans to support needs across field marketing regions (presence, business objectives, localization, etc.).

Preferred location for the Vice President - Field Marketing is San Mateo, CA (HQ), Denver, CO or Seattle, WA. 

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of demand generation campaign/and or marketing program management experience
  • Managing Field Marketing programs and/or teams
  • Strong experience driving partner marketing
  • Strong experience in integrated marketing for B2B technology and executive engagement
  • Strong communication and cross-functional virtual team leadership skills
  • Building, managing and motivating high performing teams
  • High energy self-starter with a can-do attitude, ability to learn quickly and adapt easily through change
  • Must be data-driven and have strong experience testing, reporting, analyzing and optimizing marketing

Colorado Pay Range: $295,000 - $365,000+ comprising an annual salary & incentive compensation. You may also be eligible for equity and additional generous company benefits.

New York City Metro Area Pay Range: $295,000 - $400,000+ comprising an annual salary & incentive compensation. You may also be eligible for equity and additional generous company benefits.
