Job Description

As a Revenue Operations Intern (Field Americas) you will play a key role in driving performance and tracking SaaS business metrics within Field teams.  You will be deeply involved in identifying areas of improvement, Driving forecast, tracking pipeline, and playing a collaborative role in providing the necessary visibility for your Sales peers to successfully plan and drive their business goals (e.g. ad hoc reports, data discovery, etc).

The ideal candidate has a passion for helping people, strong problem-solving skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Reporting to the Manager, Revenue Operations, you will play a key role on a team that supports Field Americas. 

*This role will support Field Americas GTM within the North America region.

Job Duties:

  • Driving reporting and analytics processes as an individual contributor and/or team lead 

  • Building reports and dashboards using BI visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, etc)

  • Roadmapping projects from planning to delivery (multi-stage delivery)

  • Maintain spreadsheets and ERP applications to analyze and manage collections for manufacturers regarding all aspects of receivables.

  • Develop, maintain financial models/applications (VBA Excel/Access) to automate and streamline business processes and perform financial analysis.

  • Eliminating manual processes

Qualifications

  • Pursuing Masters Degree in Engineering, Math, Business, or comparable technical concentration 

  • Familiarity with database technologies and tools (SQL/R/SAS/JMP etc.), data transformation, and processing.

  • Ability to manage simultaneous tasks and deliverables in a fast-paced, globally-integrated, technology-oriented environment with autonomy to drive toward business goals without an obvious path to success

  • Comfortable presenting data and storytelling.

  • Passionate about helping organizations understand and solve large-scale business challenges through reporting and analytics and streamlining operational efforts

  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally (e.g. Biz Apps, Sales, Marketing, Finance) to identify and solve common data issues, develop operational steps in improving data cleanliness, and align on data definitions and related information

Additional Experience (Preferred)

  • Working in SaaS industry
  • Work experience with real data for customer business and market analysis

  • Experience with Freshworks products
