Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Partner Solutions Engineer to support the continued growth of our Partner network with a focus on building ISV partnerships. You will play a critical role by being the technical expert that helps the business teams to identify and foster strategic ISV partnerships based on a clear understanding of the joint value proposition that could be offered to customers. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Solutions Engineers are responsible for articulating our value proposition, architecting technology solutions and offering thought leadership to both business and technical audiences.

  • Work with global and regional partner managers to build partnerships with strategic ISV partners.

  • Support the business teams in the recruitment, onboarding, co-building strategies with ISV partners.

  • Become a technical consultant to our ISV partners to develop and launch enterprise grade marketplace integrations.

  • Collaborate with GTM and Product teams to understand need for potential partnerships and integrations and execute on its development.

  • Work with Product team to support scoping and development of use-case around the integration.

  • Become the single point of contact within Freshworks for all things ISV including the technical aspects of the integration as well as the joint positioning to customers. 

  • Build relationships with the ISV partner community by attending events, webinars, live or in-person.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience in a similar technical solution engineering- role, preferably in SaaS or software product environments, specifically in an ISV partnership ecosystem.

  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple manner. (“Tell me like I am five”).

  • Experience in a SaaS or technology product organization and experience in CX, ITSM or CRM domains.

  • Ability to understand and articulate joint value propositions between partnering ISVs.

  • You possess excellent Partner facing and internal communication skills.

  • Experience working on complex sales cycles in Mid-Market and Enterprise business segments.

  • Excellent communicational and listening skills, high-level presentation and demonstration skills, enthusiastic about helping and serving clients, strongly customer and solution oriented personality.

  • Highly driven individual with an execution focus and a strong sense of urgency.

  • A standout colleague who enjoys working in a high-energy sales team environment.

  • You must have a passion for demoing solutions to prospects, great discovery skills, outstanding solutioning skills and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders.
