Job Description

Freshworks is looking for an HRIS Manager to join its team based in India.

This role is focused heavily on Leading the Oracle fusion cloud solution and ensure a high level of efficiency and ease of use for the organization. This professional will be an integral part of the HR team, responsible for ongoing design, configuration, management and maintenance of Oracle Fusion Cloud & will be leading overall service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Senior Leader in managing the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs and testing.
  • Identify system design needs and configure system enhancements and changes to modules; collaborate with internal stakeholders (IT, HRBP, Total rewards, Talent acquisition) for current and future module configuration upgrades and/or implementation.
  • Develops strategy and plans to successfully execute on the process enhancements/upgrades on the Fusion cloud to achieve business objectives.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines and business objectives.
  • Playing a lead role in defining an effective communication strategy with the team and stakeholders.
  • Responsible for collecting robust end user feedback on the state of our current user experience, defining and leading projects to evolve this experience in line with the desired outputs, and measuring/communicating the success of these initiatives across the business.
  • Solve complex technical issues in Oracle cloud.
  • Work closely with project teams on new initiatives that involve changes and/or enhancements.
  • Proactively and independently manage stakeholder expectations for timelines and deliverables throughout the sprint lifecycle with little/no intervention from business/region leadership.
  • Hire right talent, build required competencies, and deliver enhancements/roll outs in Oracle cloud.
  • Develop and drive continuous improvement initiatives, organizing necessary resources.

Qualifications

 

  • An ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of  experience & strong exposure to HR systems and technologies from a technical configuration perspective.
  • Significant experience working across global organisations at scale, to include interacting and influencing stakeholders in multiple regions and at multiple levels within the organisation.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM implementations along with HR Services background.
  • Must have exposure from requirement development / definition to functional solution design, implementation, data-migration, system testing, user acceptance testing, go-live and service management.
  • Strong employee service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written explaining technical issues and solutions to non-technical audiences
  • Attention to details & an enthusiastic team player
  • Experience both with strategy as well as day to day operations and comfortable with both
  • Significant direct and indirect leadership experience across a fast-growing organization.
  • Need to maintain confidentiality & high ethical standards
