As a Product Marketing specialist at Freshworks. you will be responsible for messaging and positioning of the product. This role will partner closely with the product management team and various marketing functions to create narratives and stories that set up success for our GTM teams. 
 

Job Description

Responsibilities: 

Create clear, compelling messaging and competitive positioning that resonates with our target buyer personas
Create product pitches, persona cards, product demos, and other content to support marketing campaigns across all stages of the buyer journey
Driving content for monthly feature releases and creating content to support feature launches
Consistently communicate product value to internal GTM teams, customers, and partners
Create sales plays and content for Sales Enablement and own and operationalize the sales plays with the GTM team
Lead by influence drive projects forward through effective cross-functional collaboration
 

Qualifications

Qualifications: 

3+ years of Marketing experience or GTM (Sales, SE) supporting a B2B product (in ITSM or ITOM space preferred)
Proven ability to work well cross-functionally and with customers
Hands-on ability to create a range of marketing assets, including sales plays, cheat sheets, technical documentation, phone scripts, email touch points, or training materials
Experience working with product management, engineering, and sales teams
