Job Description

Freshworks is looking to hire Manager  - Talent Acquisition to lead our Technical recruiting team in India, You will be responsible for leading the Talent Acquisition for Product Engineering Organization and supporting the organization in establishing hiring footprint in multiple  geographies in India.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to manage a high performing recruiting team and to be part of the growth journey of a leading technology SaaS giant. Ideal candidate should be passionate about hiring ‘A Players’ into the team. You will not only help achieve our hiring goals, but also think out of box to attract, engage, and hire top talents across product lines.

This role will report into Director - Talent Acquisition - Technology.

  • Building overall talent strategy including the strategic workforce plan tied with a strong recruitment delivery plan to meet the growing business needs for the Product Engineering group
  • Owning end-to-end recruitment process with Hiring Manager right from board approval of headcount & initiate hiring process till onboarding
  • Supporting line of business recruitment strategies aligned to annual business goals
  • Advise and Enable strong talent assessment process that would act as a bar raiser for hiring Engineering talent
  • Driving  special projects/initiatives
  • Establish and Ensuring that all aspects of the recruitment and selection process are adhered to including cost-effective sourcing and screening methods, interviewing protocol, assessment, background checks and offers
  • Contribute, Partner and Drive key initiatives with the TA COE

 

Qualifications

  • You would have 10+ year's experience in talent acquisition managing Technology hiring, at-least 3+ experience managing a high performing team
  • Very good interpersonal skills with a strong track record of success.
  • Experience in managing hiring at scale, geographical expansions, Design and Deliver Innovative Talent Acquisition Strategy in the technology space
  • Well networked leader with excellent business partnership ability
  • Role based in Chennai/ Bangalore, India
