Job Description

We’re looking for someone passionate about digital media strategy and execution to join our team and continue to push the boundaries on what’s possible within the digital landscape. You’ll lead media planning and buying conversations with the agencies and ad tech partners across multiple digital services - Search, Programmatic, and Paid Social. You’ll work very closely with our Search, Media Ops, Analytics, Digital Experience, and Creative teams to ensure we’re at the cutting edge of our field. The role is diverse and requires the individual to efficiently prioritize and manage multiple workstreams (business units/product verticals), manage cross-agency relationships effectively, influence peers and the senior leadership team, and have the aptitude and attitude to continuously self-educate in this dynamic marketing space.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of integrated cross-channel media strategies and laydowns.

  • Utilize various media and audience measurement tools to recommend media budget allocation across the digital channels and geographies

  • Collate audience insights and recommendations for various strategic briefs (media campaigns, customer journeys, customer value propositions, strategic KPIs, etc.)

  • Collaborate closely with marketing teams and agencies to ensure optimal integration of media, creative and digital experience for all types of campaigns. 

  • Liaison with internal members to ensure smooth execution of the media strategy.

  • QA the media plan set up by various team members, collate commentary on media performance and conduct the first review on quality.

  • Cultivate and demonstrate thought leadership through innovative solutions to reach more relevant audiences and convert them to paying customers.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a hands-on role that involves media planning / buying and agency management. 

  • In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing platforms across different geographies and best practices. 

  • Experience in insight generation with third-party tools.

  • Professional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, to articulate a compelling digital activation and customer story. 

  • Leadership abilities to be able to supervise the planning process across multi-disciplinary teams on multiple sides (internal and other agency partners)

  • Strong project management skills. 

  • Adaptability to changing environments, willingness to learn, and can work well with cross-functional teams across geographies.

  • Must be a team player that is also comfortable working independently

  • Up to date on the best practices, latest trends, and technologies in digital marketing.

  • Media planning and buying experience for B2B product/saas companies will be an added advantage.
