Job Description

About the role:


We are on the lookout for a self-directed, multi-faceted marketing professional to
join our partner marketing team and drive marketing collaboration with channel
partners. Successful candidates must have prior Channel marketing experience
and must use this understanding to build and execute marketing activities.
Role and Responsibilities:
Support partner recruitment and onboarding team to identify and recruit
new partners through tailored marketing campaigns
Manage geo-specific marketing including developing and executing
marketing programs that help achieve joint sales goals with partners. This
can include but is not limited to lead generation activities, hosting events,
execute targeted campaigns, drive outbound exercises, manage PR &
brand awareness activities and more
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing exercises
including lead generation, product marketing, sales enablement, customer
success, partner recruitment, partner communications and more
Work with development / creative teams to, localize, maintain and update
content such as websites, blogs, case studies, video testimonials, product
tutorials, brochures, banners and more
Own all related marketing metrics to measure the success of the activities
- demand generation numbers, payback, conversion, and other KPIs based
on identified KRAs
Manage budget with reliability and own ROI
Conduct marketing enablement/s and Digital Marketing sessions at various
forums, as & when required
Be a voice for the partner network within the company

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in field marketing with atleast 1-2 years of partner
marketing experience. Understanding of partner programs, MDF (any
organization) is a bonus.
Bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing, business or similar streams
Excel at cross-group collaboration, creative thinking, and problem solving
Motivated self-starter who thrives on working in complex and challenging
work environment
Knowledge in SaaS businesses including keeping tabs on current
marketing trends
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and
project management skills
Flexible to work in the US/Australia time zone
