Freshworks is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team in Berlin. This individual contributor role will be part of the Talent Acquisition team, to help us expand our European presence. You will work on an incredible, multicultural team (we are Indian, German, British, Albanian, Turkish, French, and Polish) and contribute to building the TA function out to match our exponential growth. 

This role is based in Berlin but we it can also be remote within Germany

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Source candidates across Europe supporting Sales, Presales and all functional pillars such as Customer Success, Channel Sales, Customer Onboarding and Support functions

• Own and drive end to end recruitment process from (sourcing, interviews, reference checks, negotiating compensation proposals and closing candidate offers)

• Build a pipeline of top candidates for different roles by using a variety of sourcing channels (inbound, outbound, agencies, etc.). The candidate has to have the ability to source through direct hires

• Ensure a high-touch experience for every candidate from first contact to final offer, flawless best in class onboarding and post onboarding check-in

• Stakeholder management, you are a partner not just a resource for our leaders so you need to push back and influence hiring decisions in the right way 

• Contribute to employer branding concepts and projects along with Marketing colleagues. Organize recruiting events

• Seek out the best ways to get referrals, we have brilliant referral incentives and need you to capitalise on these

• Drive diversity initiatives throughout the business, keeping everyone's unconscious bias in check along the way.

•  Experience in a similar role, preferably with a focus on hiring SaaS sales profesionals

• Knowledge in talent sourcing and full recruitment life cycle, ideally someone who understands diversity hiring

• Experience in using HR technology and applicant tracking systems

• Teammate and strong collaborator with a strong work ethic and ownership who enjoys working in a high-energy team environment and is passionate about other people

• A transformational mindset to drive our Talent Acquisition processes

• Fluent in German and English
