Job Description

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing enablement to sales, solutions engineers, and partners that helps to differentiate Freshservice by understanding customer needs, product roadmap, market trends, and competitive forces

  • Assist in prioritizing, creating, and evangelizing key sales plays to support GTM. Sales plays must include value framework, key target personas, product offering, competitive landscape, and support touch points

  • Support in creating enablement journeys for the GTM team on MindTickle

  • Partner with Freshservice PMM team to create a cadence of enablement for monthly releases

  • Crisply articulate the value of new features in the greater “Why Freshservice” story

  • Work with GTM to establish a continuous feedback loop to influence sales collateral and marketing content

  • Collaborate with GTM to understand & support ongoing enablement, and maximize the impact of the Freshservice story for the midmarket and enterprise audience

  • Help drive the SKO process for Freshservice and develop world class enablement to kick start each year

  • Assist in maintaining the integrity of our collateral hubs (Confluence + MindTickle + Freshworks Sales Central) 

 

Qualifications

Knowledge and Experience:

  • 4+ years PMM experience or GTM (sales, SE) supporting service management

  • Fair understanding of the IT Service Management and/or IT Operations Management space

  • Enthusiasm and empathy for genuinely improving how businesses serve and engage people

  • Can quickly synthesize disparate data into a Freshservice story 

  • Knows how to move away from “tech speak” and create powerful messaging for Freshservice

  • Proven ability to work well cross-functionally and with customers

  • Hands-on ability to create a range of marketing assets, including sales plays, cheat sheets, blitz kits, phone scripts, email touch points, or training materials

  • Experience working with sales teams and partners
