Job Description

Support the global design, execution, evolution, and adoption of core Talent Management strategies including performance enablement, employee listening and culture adoption. Partner with business and HR leaders to scale our culture, expand our global footprint and delight our employees with meaningful, engaging and easy-to-use talent practices that enable them to delight our customers. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR Business partners and leaders to design and deliver organizational programs and strategies in support of global talent management initiatives that meet our business needs
  • Collaborate with Learning team to design, standardize and scale tools and resources to support performance enablement, employee listening and culture adoption
  • Serves as a subject matter expert on core talent management initiatives and systems
  • Works closely with HR Operations team to review and respond to support requests related platforms within the Global Talent Management ecosystem
  • Leads configuration and testing of new functionality for Global TM systems to ensure optimal employee experiences (Lattice, Glint, Globesmart, Mindtickle, Confluence)
  • Creates templates, process documentation and other guidance for the ongoing maintenance and use of Global TM systems
  • Tracks and surfaces system enhancements and new features for Global TM systems for testing and implementation
  • Gathers data and designs and produces relevant reports and insights for HR Business partners and other audiences from Global TM systems
  • Works with HR Operations, HR Business partners and Global Talent Management leaders to design and maintain Global Talent Management Intranet pages
  • Serves as a “community catalyst” by designing, delivering and maintaining meaningful and timely communications and resources on relevant Global Talent Management topics across Freshworks’ communication channels (Slack, Workplace, Confluence, etc..)
  • Enables Global TM communications by monitoring shared inboxes and distributing to the correct resources, maintaining Slack Channels related to Global TM Topics and maintaining a shared Global TM Calendar for the team and one for distribution to the organization

Qualifications

  • 4+ Years professional experience that includes
    • 2+ years in Human Resources, Talent Management organizational development
    •  2+ years supporting enterprise-level change management initiatives
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of project lifecycles
  • Data-driven approach to diagnosing business problems, understanding insights and designing impactful solutions
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and roles, building successful relationships and partnerships at all organizational levels
  • Familiarity with HR data management practices and proven ability to carry out complex HR data processing tasks, advise colleagues when needed and use expertise to help improve Talent Management data collection tools and administration processes.
  • Strong consultative approach including excellent interpersonal communication skills, ability to listen well across a diverse set of opinions and viewpoints and influence appropriate outcomes.
