Job Description

 

  • Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans for national and international markets
  • Lead employment branding initiatives
  • Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
  • Be adept at both lateral hires and volume hires, willing to function as an individual contributor and mentor and guide new hires.
  • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
  • Ensure to give positive candidate interview experience by providing adequate information about the role, reducing waiting time, setting the expectations of FW culture, work atmosphere, taking and giving interview feedback etc
  • Assist in employee retention and development
  • Organize and/or attend career fairs, webinars, recruitment drive etc
  • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement

Qualifications

  • 8-10 years experience in recruitment - in Tech/ Non Tech Hiring (Sales, marketing, finance, technical support etc)
  • Adept at converting the candidates to a successful closure
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
  • Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
  • Willing to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
  • Good knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
