Job Description

The Lead HR Operations  – Total Rewards. This position is responsible for managing the administration of our compensation and benefits programs across the world, and across the Employee lifecycle at Freshworks.

This role is responsible for administering various compensation and benefit schemes across APAC, EMEA and North America, managing payroll inputs together with the finance team, managing the employee database in the central system, Vendor Management, compensation and benefits tracking, auditing, onboarding, promotion and separation process.

The ideal candidate will have excellent skills in HR processes and policies in the Compensation, Total Rewards, & Benefits space, ideally with experience across multiple regions.  The successful candidate will have experience with HRMS tools and applications and be committed to delivering a superior employee experience, and collaboration with various functions and leaders to accomplish the Goals.

  • Maintains various systems and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data, Update and maintain employee records in the HRMS and verify the accuracy of data in accordance with policy and framework.

  • Administer recurring and ad-hoc compensation/bonus schemes across the company, to include calculating incentive payouts, generating employee letters, and identifying ways to automate and streamline the process

  • Answer staff and functional HR questions about salary, deductions, calculations, etc..

  • Provide support to the company’s global mobility process, defining effective ways of working and supporting employees who are moving across the globe.

  • Support managers and HR team with clarifications on process and policies where appropriate.

  • Provide reports and clarifications to the finance team.

  • Manage benefit vendors and other internal/external customers.

  • Establish challenging KPIs and adhere to performances by continuous improvement.

  • Experience in HRMS systems handling various modules including payroll, compensation and benefits, and global mobility

  • Advanced level experience in HR ERP systems, such as Oracle. Deep experience on compensation planning and benefits administration desired.

  • Ability to handle complex queries/ escalations amicably, empathetic towards situations and yet resolve the issues objectively. Always striving to elevate the employee experience.

Qualifications

 

  • Graduate/ Post Graduate with Degree in Human resources
     
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR & Admin Operations, with a specific focus on compensation administration, bonus plans, incentive plans, benefits administration, vendor management and global mobility administration in companies with 5000+ employees
  • Maintain healthy and cordial professional rapport across functions

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed to interface and establish rapport with all levels of the organization including the executive team members

  • A proactive, high energy attitude geared towards achieving continuous improvement

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving, and data-driven organization
