Job Description

We are looking for a Sr. Director of Partner Marketing to transform our channel partner and ISV marketing strategy and GTM. This position will be responsible for developing and implementing a variety of marketing strategies and programs across segments and product lines focused on marketing to partners, with partners and through partners. Reporting to the VP of Demand Generation, this role will shape the future of channel and ISV marketing efforts. The position requires a driven and energetic leader, with a talent for empowering a geographically dispersed high performing team, and an ability to get things done.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation of impactful global channel marketing and ISV programs that optimize awareness, demand generation, and conversion.

  • Explore and expand partner types (referral partners, strategic alliances, marketplace opportunities) to accelerate demand.

  • Work closely with the channel and alliances team to understand the business objectives and sales strategy to ensure alignment of channel/partner marketing programs and resources.

  • Develop relationships with key contacts at our partner organizations to jointly design, develop, and execute marketing strategies and plans in support of our shared goals.

  • Work closely with the Alliances team to develop and execute compelling partner communications, events, program collateral, etc.

  • Continuously measure, manage, and optimize programs to achieve goals and drive efficiency.

  • Recommend tools, development areas and processes necessary to improve internal and external Channel and ISV marketing efficacy.

  • Allocate budget across channels to maximize the effectiveness of our partner marketing spend.

  • Manage, lead and develop a high-performing team.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years B2B marketing experience ideally with a specialization in alliances, channel or ISV marketing 

  • Proven ability to execute integrated campaigns and fluent in demand generation metrics and approaches to test and optimize 

  • Data-driven decision making and a desire for continuous improvement

  • At least 5 years of experience building and leading diverse teams of people

  • Desire to collaborate and build consensus in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment

  • Very strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills including to executive audiences

  • Education Requirement: BS/BA
