Job Description

  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change and project management activities across Europe.
  • Lead, guide and support multiple workstream leads / vendors through the design and
  • implementation of targeted project & change strategies appropriate communication and
  • feedback loops
  • Represent the European region in global HR projects that are being deployed at Freshworks
  • Develop project and change management plan and strategy in alignment with the overall
  • transformation plan
  • Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support the adoption of
  • the changes required by a project or initiative.
  • Support communication efforts
  • Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications and other
  • project deliverables.
  • Assess the change impact across people, process, policy, and structure
  • Stakeholder identification and alignment
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Process mapping and value stream analysis
  • Write and refine operational documentation and SOP’s to support the team where appropriate
  • Conduct training needs assessment
  • Support training efforts
  • Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training
  • programs.
  • Work with the program lead and HR functional teams in driving end to end transformation and
  • support different project workstreams, and manage overall project activities, plans, and
  • schedules associated with deliverables and milestones
  • Develop success measures and long-term sustainability

Qualifications

  • Complete change management assessments.
  • Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics.
  • Identify and manage anticipated resistance.
  • Consult and coach project teams.
  • Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, and resistance management plan.
  • Support and engage senior leaders.
  • Coach managers and supervisors.
  • Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities.
  • Integrate change management activities into the project plan.
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness.
  • Manage stakeholders.
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
  • Support change management at the organizational level.
  • Business case creation and management
  • Value tracking and realization
