Job Description

  • Accelerate Freshdesk suite of products revenue by executing product-led growth initiatives end-to-end across all parts of the user journey

  • Partner with design, engineering, product and marketing teams to craft amazing product experiences that delight our customers

  • Partner with Analytics teams to drive instrumentation and relentlessly derive hypotheses for the next areas for growth & optimization

  • Contribute to developing a deeper culture of experimentation and rapid learning across the company while maintaining strong customer empathy

  • Partner with international teams to optimize for outcomes locally, in both key and emerging regions

  • Regularly surface experimentation findings, insights, and opportunities back to cross-functional teams and Executive leadership

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 6+yrs experience in product management with 2+ in Growth PM or equivalent role in either B2B / SaaS area

  • Have strong analytical thinking with an eye for detail in user experience

  • A people-friendly person with extraordinary organizational and leadership skills

  • Have strong presentation skills to provide clear and directional insights to all stakeholders

  • Ability to think creatively and solve the problem and operate under tight deadlines while maintaining multiple projects.

  • Someone who thrives and is a strong collaborator across marketing, product, design and data teams.
