Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Associate - Partner Development to enable partners to onboard customers and provide enterprise-level consultation support to our partners. This consultant will share best practices, tools, and required support to partners to gather the requirements and provide the best-in-class implementation/adoption services of Freshworks suite of products. As a program manager, you are expected to enable partners in planning, tracking, and managing projects that successfully meet timelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with colleagues at all levels throughout the entire organization to find the answers you seek.

  • Provide product training and product demonstrations to partners during the engagement.

  • Ability to granulate a problem and suggest the best solution to address the customer's needs.

  • Ability to quickly adapt to the environment and resonate with a fair knowledge in Freshworks suite of products.

  • Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve partner concerns thereby removing the impediments and enabling on-time project completion. 

  • Enable partners in all aspects of project implementations including coming up with strategies to programmatically scale the partner ecosystem.

  • Work closely with partner and project stakeholders and enable partner in defining project goals and objectives as well as planning and delivering the project.

  • Design partner training programs to enable partners to implement Freshworks suite of products.

     

Qualifications

  • 4 to 7 years of work experience in the software/tech industry.

  • Experience in implementing CRM/ITSM/ERP products is preferred, or working experience in these products.

  • Basic understanding of the technology and programming concepts.

  • Good to have hands-on experience configuring SAAS products, e.g., Workday, Salesforce, Zendesk, ServiceNow, etc.

  • Fast learner and can pick up new technologies.

  • Capable of working with cross-functional teams to solve business & tech problems.

  • Experience in Customer Success / Customer Support / Pre-sales within an enterprise software organization will be a plus.

  • Knowledge of SaaS business model, SaaS technologies, and related applications.

  • Experience with ITSM and ITIL is a big plus.

  • Knowledge of web development technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) is a big plus. Proven time management skills in a dynamic support environment. 

  • Should have experience in being part of IT projects related to SAAS products CRM Implementation.

  • Knowledge in Project management methodology is a strong plus

  • Experience in writing SOW or RFP documents is a strong plus

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Willing to work in the allocated shifts

  • Strong organizational, presentation, and coordination skills and ability to prioritize, work creatively, and perform tasks in solving problems in time-critical situations
