Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide application support for Oracle Cloud HCM - Core HR, Absence Management and Compensation Modules.
  • Understand the HR system landscape and develop a holistic perspective of demands and solutions, anticipate customer needs and bring in improvements to the service delivery.
  • Quality control of bug-fixes, new releases and instance refreshes with robust documentation of pre and post state of the systems.
  • Implement Oracle HCM modules as a Consulting Partner, leveraging the business
  • context, stakeholder expectations and bridging Product expertise and vendor interface.
  • Develop business requirement documents in consultation with the business HR stakeholders.

Qualifications

Mandatory Skill:

  • 4-5 yrs. of experience in working with Oracle Cloud HCM application.
  • Good knowledge of Compensation Module – Compensation Plan configuration, Compensation worksheet customisation, supporting merit cycle process using compensation module, creating compensation elements.
  • Should be capable of working with Fast Formulas – ability to write Fast Formulas & debug existing Fast Formulas.
  • Good knowledge of Core HR module in Oracle HCM Cloud – scheduling system processes, knowledge of configuring objects like BU, Department, Jobs, Grades, Salary Basis, Action, Action reasons etc.
  • Ability to work with BI Publisher reports - write BI Publisher reports, create data model for BI Publisher reports, create bursting reports, create report dashboards.

Good to have Skill:

  • Working knowledge of using HCM Data Loader (HDL) to load data into Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Working knowledge of using HCM Extracts – creating & debugging.
  • Knowledge of REST API will be an advantage.
  • General understanding of the HR Domain and the various processes in it.
