Job Description

• Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability


• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff


• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service


• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures


• Maintain outstanding store condition


• Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.


• Propose innovative ideas to increase market share


• hiring, training, and development of all restaurant employees


• Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths


• Maintain and strictly abide by state sanitation/health regulations and company policies.


• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.)


• Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance, maintain highest level of professionalism, integrity, and strong work habits


• Rotate as shift manager as needed, and ensure adherence to scripts, supervision of staff and quality meal service


• Ensure high standards of service for the restaurant, Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of all work areas.


• Have a comprehensive knowledge of all unit menu information.


• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all policies


• Reconcile onboard cash and credit sales with the point of sale system


• Review timekeeping records for each shift to ensure accuracy


• Create schedule for ensuring proper staffing within budgeted guidelines


• Develop positive vendor relations.


• Have a comprehensive working knowledge of company invoice tracking, labor tracking, schedule, preparation, labor cost management, inventory control and hiring/counseling/termination policies.



You may be called upon from time to time to perform other duties that may not be included in your job description at management's discretion.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years management experience in a restaurant.
• Impeccable service standards, clean work habits and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a high volume environment while always maintaining your sense of humor and appearing calm.
• Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
• Proven ability to lead others and positively influence employee behavior.
• Professional, polished appearance with the ability to interact with all types of team members.
• Must have excellent verbal communication skills and have the ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Must have good administrative and computer skills.
• Computer knowledge including Word and Excel.
• Passion for creating an inclusive environment for our team members with clear and respectful communication.
• Strong ability to control all costs.
• Be able to prioritize and organize.
• Must be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment.
