Job Description
- Monday to Friday 8.30am-6pm
- Starting Salary 2000RM (Negotiable)
- 2-3 years of experience preferred
We are looking for a HR Internship Coordinator to lead our Human Resources department. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from our Interns.
Your main administrative duties include overseeing up to 25 Interns, maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases. Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.
You will also be required to oversee the internship of each individual from end to end which includes work assignments, performance and productivity to ensure a fulfilling experience for all parties involved.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for recruitment, hiring and initial interview process for all potential candidates.
- Manage internship contracts.
- Maintain a good filing system and Human Resource Records for easy retrieval purposes.
- Prepare all related HR Letters (eg. offer letter, confirmation letter, warning letter and termination letter.
- Monitor staff benefits and create a good working culture and environment for the team.
- Manage team activities and meetings.
- Responsible for the smooth running of the office administration and procedures.
- Point of contact for office maintenance, supplies, equipment and mailing.
- Any other HR and admin related work as required.
- Overseeing Interns work assignments
- Preparing Interns for career readiness
Qualifications
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Business Admin level or above.
- Minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Familiar with recruitment and training.
- Must be familiar with the whole spectrum of Human Resource Management
- Required language(s): English
- PC literate and experience in using Microsoft Office application.
- Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality.
- Good attention to detail and organizing skills.
- Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
