We are looking for a highly motivated, driven, and passionate Strategy Intern. To thrive in this role, you'll need to be exceedingly organized, communicative, and focused. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a great attitude to be a major contributor to the company's growth who is willing to think outside the box. You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team other strategists, creatives, and copywriters to create high-impact work that solves client and customer challenges regarding voice technology needs.

To be the perfect candidate you must be a polished and confident communicator. You are also capable of grasping how our product’s design and development can transform a client’s business. You bring a willingness to understand why voice technology is the future and can articulate that in a creative and intriguing way. We are looking for bright individuals who are reliable, independent, and eager to learn and scale in a very fast-paced environment. This job will provide personal growth and require critical thinking everyday.

Preferably an experienced senior in college or above whom has completed multiple projects involving market research, strategy and data analysis in a variety of different areas.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Work with the strategy team to develop voice applications for clients based on their needs and audiences

  • Collaborate with the team to develop strategy ideas/features based on findings for clients and potential clients

  • Examine and research the latest trends in the tec and voice industry

  • Combine business, design, and creative thinking to produce quality and attractive pitch decks

  • Create detailed competitive analysis comparisons from multiple sources

  • Build in depth customer journeys and audiences segmentation for clients

  • Provide support and guidance to the strategy team to maximize research capabilities

Have a natural passion for creativity while also thinking outside the box

Excellent communication skills, both orally and written with the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely

Impeccable listening skills and be able to take feedback in a productive way

Ability to multi-task, act with a constant sense of urgency and flexibility in managing changing priorities

Quick learner with strong analytical skills

Capable of doing tasks in a precise and timely manner independently

Tech savvy and passionate about staying up to date with mobile technologies and innovations

This is an unpaid internship to start but can become a paid internship or a semester-long internship with opportunity for hire or bonus payments, stipend, etc. We offer a flexible schedule of 3-5 days/week, minimum 23 hours. Candidates can receive college credit for the internship. Qualified graduates will be considered for a full-time position upon completion of a set period of time to start.
