Job Description

This detailed oriented and  technically savvy individual will be an important part of our Freedom at Home Dialysis team, providing needed back up to our Bio Med Technician during supply deliveries, assist in dialysis machine install, machine cleaning, dialysis machine maintenance and dialysis supply inventory.  Candidate should be willing to learn technical aspect of dialysis machine and RO and ready to move upwards with the company

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Perform supply inventory regularly
  •  Assist during dialysis machine install or pick-up
  • Assist in cleaning, disinfection and maintenance of dialysis related equipment (Training will be provided by our Chief Biomed)
  • May collect water samples for analysis according to all regulations and document as appropriate
  • Transport equipment and supplies 
  • Able to perform documentations
  • Delivery of supplies to clients homen paper and computer 

Qualifications

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Experience with 2008K machine and RO preferred
  • Ability to work independently and highly motivated to learn the technical aspects of dialysis machine maintenance
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • High mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Must pass Ishihara's Color Blindness test
  • Must be able to lift 50+ lbs with the proper use of of assistance (back braces, dollies, etc)
  • This position requires  a considerable amount of physical work, including loading, prolonged standing and lifting, as well a bending and reaching
  • High school diploma or GED required, some college preferred
