About the Role

• You will be given hands-on training related to your course.
• Assist with new employee onboarding processes.
•  Assist with recruitment tasks such as job posting, resume screening, and interview coordination.
• Support staff engagement initiatives and company events.
• Assist with the maintenance and organization of personnel and HR records.
• Provide administrative support for HR projects and daily operations.

About You

• Student in Psychology/ Human Resources/ Business Management or any similar courses.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned in Steelworld Tower, Biak na Bato, Quezon City (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm).

Job Type: OJT (On-the-job training)

Contract length: 2 months
