Job Description

Fredley Group of Companies is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing customer loyalty programs and executing pop-up booth events. This role will support the planning and implementation of marketing initiatives aimed at increasing brand engagement, customer retention, and sales conversion.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor customer loyalty and rewards programs to increase repeat purchases and customer lifetime value.

  • Analyze customer data and feedback to continuously optimize loyalty initiatives.

  • Coordinate and manage pop-up booth events, from conceptualization to execution, including site coordination, logistics, and post-event analysis.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all marketing activities.

  • Assist in creating marketing materials and digital content tailored for customer engagement.

  • Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and events.

  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and event coordinators to ensure smooth event operations.
     

  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to keep campaigns fresh and relevant.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing roles with a strong emphasis on customer loyalty program management.

  • Proven experience in organizing and managing pop-up booths or experiential marketing events.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Creative thinker with a passion for customer engagement.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CRM tools and event management platforms is a plus.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for event coordination.
