Essential Responsibility and Function:

• Manages the daily workflow of the department
• Can support franchising and business development
• Monitors and tracks effectiveness of franchising campaigns
• Tracks assigned franchising and business development data and creates written reports and presentations to bring to the top management
• Works well with the executive team to set the franchising strategy for the brands
• Gathers and analyses information to identify new markets and customers, locations and franchising opportunities
• Ensures that all franchisees are aligned with the brand standardization, procedures, promotions, guidelines, rules and regulations
• Perform other duties assigned

Must have:

• Proven sales, marketing and or business development management experience
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Excellent skills in interpersonal, customer service, organizational, and time management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Expert understanding of service and product
• Innate drive to succeed and take initiative
• Strong organizational talents and ability to work under pressure
• A bachelor's degree in the field of Business Management, Marketing, or related Social Science course with equivalent experience.
