Job Description

Position: Franchise Relation Associate
Industry: Food and Beverage Company
Salary: Negotiable (depends on skills and experience)
Location: 11th Floor, Steelworld Tower #713 NS Amoranto St., corner Biak na Bato Brgy. Siena, Quezon City, Philippines
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday; 9:00am – 6:00pm

Job description

  • Can Support franchising and business development

  • Monitors and tracks the effectiveness of franchising campaigns

  • Tracks assigned franchising and business development data and creates written reports and presentations to bring to the top management

  • Works well with the executive team to set the franchising strategy for the brands

  • Gathers and analyses information to identify new markets and customers, locations, and franchising opportunities

  • Ensures that all franchisees are aligned with the brand standardization, procedures, promotions, guidelines, rules, and regulations

  • Perform other duties assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Proven sales, marketing, and or business development management experience

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills

  • Expert understanding of service and product

  • Innate drive to succeed and take initiative

  • A bachelor's degree in the field of Business Management, Marketing, or related Social Science course with equivalent experience. With a minimum of 1-2 years of experience/ exposure in Food & Beverage Business Development/Franchise Relation
