Sports Direct Malaysia is currently looking for Human Resources Executive (Operations) to join our growing team.
Sports Direct Malaysia currently operates a total of 41 retail stores domestically and manages a proprietary SportsDirect.com e-commerce site for domestic and regional fulfillment. Sports Direct Malaysia offers over 70 of the leading authentic global sports brands, offering the widest variety of choice and value. Job Description
Support execution of performance management programs and administer confirmation review process
Responsible for staff movement including resignation, retirement and termination processing and procedures
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR database
Responsible to ensure all personal files are updated and manage effectively
Ensure that all reports are accurate, well-structured and aligned with stakeholder requirements, enabling data-driven decision-making
To support and conduct employee engagement activities
To assist in talent acquisition process in advertising, sourcing potential candidates through various platforms and arranging interview
Assist in handling employees’ disciplinary matters and documentations as and when required
Support the payroll processing as necessary
Additional responsibilities as assigned by manager as and when required
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent
At least 3 years working experiences as HR generalist or talent acquisition, from retail industry is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, iPayroll, HR2000
Able to handle confidential information with discretion
A team player, pro-active toward work, positive mindset high integrity
Proficiency in English, Malays and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Must willing to work at Persiaran Lagoon, Sunway City, Selangor
