Job Description
There is a major digital shift happening within Frasers Group. You will shape the way of Optimisation and establish a new digital consumer focus and culture within a team that is always looking to build upon a strong, data driven mindset- ensuring the continued growth for the brands of the group. You will be providing constant analysis and developing new strategies, tactics, and initiatives to optimise the user journey across Search, Merch & Personalisation.
You will be integral in creating a relevant and data driven Search & Visual Merchandising strategy, adopting best in class strategies and developing forward thinking features that will help us drive the performance of each brand forward, in line with the Frasers Group aspirations. We are looking to personalise the experience across every touch point and you will be at the heart of delivering that for each brand, to make the consumer’s experience feel as personable as possible.
You will be central in moving our digital offering forward and we need you to act as a primary driver of innovation, customer first and evidence-based working to help drive towards the group digital KPI’s.
Qualifications
- Passionate about customer behaviour, optimising online experiences and an interest in wider digital practices
- Strong Data Driven mindset with a sound commercial understanding
- Experience in using and managing Search & Merch tools like Algolia
- Key understanding of Personalisation and the impact that can have on our digital experiences to drive growth
- Advanced knowledge of GA and other analytical tools such as ContentSquare
- Defining areas of change, creating future recommendations and actions whilst helping to manage the implementation of key practices and digital tools
- Highly organised with the ability to adapt to strategic change and outcomes
- Understanding / Experience in using Multivariant platforms/tools such as Optimizely, VWO, Dynamic Yield, etc
- Strong stakeholder management both amongst peers and upwards – including strong presentation skills so that you bring the broader business on the journey with you.
- People Passionate – able to motivate a team and continue to bring them along on the journey
- B2C Ecommerce experience
- Knowledge and understanding of UX & UI
