As part of our new Henry Street team, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving commercial performance from opening day.

You will:

• Deliver outstanding customer service across all areas of the store
• Provide confident product recommendations and support customer queries
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and shop floor presentation
• Replenish stock efficiently to maximise availability and sales
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Drive sales through promoting offers and supporting add-on purchases
• Work collaboratively to achieve daily sales and service targets

• Due to the scale and pace of this flagship opening, we’re looking for individuals who can hit the ground running:
• Previous retail or customer service experience is essential
• Confident communicator with a positive, energetic approach
• Commercially focused with a drive to deliver results
