Job Description
The CRO Specialist will be joining a team driven by the growth of the digital channel and its importance in the company’s roadmap. We are looking for an ambitious, proactive, and organised Experimentation Specialist who will report to the Experimentation Lead. This offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with a proven track record of delivering an end-to-end conversion rate optimisation strategy - from ideation to delivery - to join a highly reputable business that has experienced incredible online growth over the past year.
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
- Proven ability to contribute to the development and execution of the CRO & Experimentation roadmap in line with overall business objectives.
- Proficiency in data analysis, interpretation, and application to inform CRO strategies. Experience with data tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Good understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, to effectively implement CRO initiatives.
- Ability to manage multiple CRO projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Exceptional organisational and time management skills are essential.
- Ability to present complex data and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Experience in effectively managing relationships with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using statistical methods and tools to analyse and interpret data for CRO testing, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, and statistical significance.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in conversion rate optimisation using relevant Experimentation software (such as Optimizely, AB Tasty, Monetate, Dynamic Yield, etc.).
- Comprehensive understanding and experience of key elements that impact conversion.
- Experience in planning, executing, and delivering optimisation projects.
- Strong analytical skills with practical knowledge in analytics packages like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics & ContentSquare.
- Effective time-management and organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
