Frasers Group IT department manage and support all the systems which power our business. All websites, warehouse management systems, EPOS and supply chain systems are built, configured and maintained in house with support from select on-shore development partners.

We are looking for a Group Head of IT Delivery to join the IT leadership team and continue the evolution of our ways of working and delivery processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for a team of Delivery Managers, Portfolio Managers and Business Analysts, as well as having full accountability for our delivery processes.

Frasers Group is unique – we don’t waste time with bloated processes. We are successful because of how quickly we move. We need someone who can empower our tech teams to move the dial on key IT deliveries as quickly and efficiently as possible, whilst ensuring we’re working at a sustainable pace.

This role would suit someone who has an expert knowledge of Agile delivery approaches, but who is pragmatic enough to pick the right tools for the job. Given how quickly we move and how often priorities can change, you will need to be resilient in the face of uncertainty and change.

You will need to take a calm and measured approach to dealing with difficult situations, conflicting priorities and balancing keeping the lights on against delivering new functionality.

You will ultimately act as the front door to all significant projects needing IT attention and will support the business to improve their prioritisation processes. You will provide updates on key projects for the exec on a weekly basis.
