    The role will report into the Housekeeping Team Leader/Duty Manager and will provide support at the hub of the business as it continues to grow. This role will cover supporting the team leader as well as deputizing in their absence when required.

    Your role is to work with and inspire the team in your hotel in order to deliver a World Class experience for every guest on every visit, contribute to Colleague engagement, work to the business plan and enable growth to be sustained over the longer term. This includes delivering consistent operational and brand standards, protecting our reputation and people through compliance with the safety & security legal framework whilst maximizing efficiencies. Display commitment and diligence to the delegated tasks and overall goals. Be a visible role model obsessed with the guest experience and continuous improvement. Taking overall responsibility for the resident’s experience and in the Housekeeping Team Leaders absence and delivering a compelling and profitable accommodation offer.
