Job Role

  • To support your team and guide them to provide the best service to our customer in a reasonable time with the highest quality
  • Prepare all technical proposal and provide assistance to other departments (sales and Procurement) to achieve the annual objectives
  • Supervise all team members in all phases of technical projects and provide 2nd level support
  • Perform performance appraisal for all technical team
  • Act as a focal point for all issues/tasks related to this department
  • Ensure that the team is updating their technical skills and stay up-to-date with technology
  • Validate the current product lines and participate in adding/remove products
  • To lead his team in all projects and provide the install new product.
  • To make sure that we provide excellent technical services quality to our customers,

Qualifications

  1. BSc. In Electronic or Computer.
  2. 5-10 years’ experience
