Job Description

Summary

Manages and executes administrative and executive support activities, Administers the day-to-day Human Resources activities and Serves as point of administrative contact internally, leads and coordinates internal planning, implementation, and administration of HR services

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition:- Oversees recruitment and employment processes, to include applicant screening, and all aspects of the interview and selection process
  • Training:- Performs training needs analyses, as appropriate, and initiates, develops, and coordinates the implementation of specific training and development programs for new and existing staff.
  • Compensation:- Employee benefits programs, compensation and performance management
  • Performance Management:- Evaluate employees' job performance and design a best practice performance management process.
  • Maintain a positive working environment, Support Creativity and helping resolve work-related problems.
  • Develops policies, procedures, and systems which ensure productive and efficient office operation, Monitor daily attendance and managing annual and sick leaves. And ensures work lows legal compliance
  • Supervises the work of employees in supporting roles, including assigning workload and monitoring employee performance.

Qualifications

  • Appreciates and maintains confidentiality of employees and the company
  • 2 or more years of experience in the HR administration
  • Detailed oriented with skills in following and implementing procedures
  • Skilled with Excel and Word as well as general office computer skills
  • Personable, approachable and works well with others
  • Understanding of HR and employment laws is a plus
