Job Description

    An operations coordinator is a key person in every business, handling the day-to-day activities that ensure smooth, efficient businesses processes and functions.

  • Collaborating with relevant parties to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and timely.
  • Analyze and optimize the day-to-day activities of a business.
  • Performing account and strategical analysis and creating reports for customers on usage, pricing and competitive comparisons.
  • Prioritizing and task-tracking with concerned teams in multiple projects.
  • Process contractual agreements with vendors, consultants, and approved prep providers
  •  Conducting performance reviews judiciously and motivating staff.
  • Interacting with various stakeholders at different levels within the organization.
  • Maximizing operating potential to exceed customers’ expectations and company goals.
  • Developing improvement plans and assisting departments in implementing changes.
  • look for patterns in customer feedback.

Qualifications

  • Organizational experience, project management and reporting skills.
  • Higher Diploma or above.
  • Project management certification (Extra Credit).
  • Overseeing money handling, accounting and bank processes.
  • Excel experience.
  • Technology knowledge.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Very good communication abilities.
