Job Description
An operations coordinator is a key person in every business, handling the day-to-day activities that ensure smooth, efficient businesses processes and functions.
- Collaborating with relevant parties to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and timely.
- Analyze and optimize the day-to-day activities of a business.
- Performing account and strategical analysis and creating reports for customers on usage, pricing and competitive comparisons.
- Prioritizing and task-tracking with concerned teams in multiple projects.
- Process contractual agreements with vendors, consultants, and approved prep providers
- Conducting performance reviews judiciously and motivating staff.
- Interacting with various stakeholders at different levels within the organization.
- Maximizing operating potential to exceed customers’ expectations and company goals.
- Developing improvement plans and assisting departments in implementing changes.
- look for patterns in customer feedback.
Qualifications
- Organizational experience, project management and reporting skills.
- Higher Diploma or above.
- Project management certification (Extra Credit).
- Overseeing money handling, accounting and bank processes.
- Excel experience.
- Technology knowledge.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Very good communication abilities.
