A rapidly expanding student accommodation company are recruiting for an Area Operations Manager to oversee their portfolio of properties within the North West. Where?
The role is an Area Operations Manager covering the North West region which includes student properties across Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool, Sheffield, Lancaster, Huddersfield and Stoke. Who?
- Do you have experience in student accommodation or residential property managing multiple sites?
- Do you have the strong business acumen and commercially astute mind needed to drive accommodation sales?
- Would you consider yourself to be a strong leader, capable of managing diverse teams effectively?
What?
- You will have oversight for all of the properties within the region, ensuring their effective operation.
- You will work with the Head of Operations to plan and implement the business strategy for the North West.
- You will have a team of City Managers reporting into you whose performance you will monitor and drive, to ensure all KPI targets are met.
- You will manage the reactive and preventative maintenance schedules, as well as ensuring complete compliance with health and safety regulations across the properties.
