Provide H.R. support to Management & employees for North and South Live Production, Construction Maintenance, Engineering , and Nutrition in matters of attendance, vacation PAF processing, pay issues, check requests, PAF's (transfers, promotions, terms), new hire orientations, customer service with phone calls and walk-ins. Scan all documents on to employee files.

I-9 updates, all Crystal and Microsoft Add-Ins Reports, SDI & EDD form completion. Provide administrative support to H.R. VP, Labor Relations Mgr & H.R. Supervisor (data entry, running reports, help plan and run employee events, lunches, etc. Document and in-person translations, this may include in-group settings. 

High school graduate, AA/AS

Two years of Human Resources experience preferred

Good interpersonal and organizational skills

Computer literate in Windows environment and proficient in MicroSoft Word & Excel

Bi-lingual Required (English/Spanish), verbal and written

Ability to work in fast pace environment which requires multi-tasking and changing priorities  as needed

Excellent customer service skills & be able to communicate and interact  well in individual and large group settings. 

Maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Ability to drive to/from the Fresno area occasionally as needed.

Must be punctual and maintain an acceptable attendance record.

Must have a valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation
