• Perform initial body temperature of all individuals before granting access to enter the facility and if they fail the initial test perform second and third body temperature scans of all individuals before granting access to enter the facility.
• Notify individual of failed body temperature results when required and direct individuals who failed body temperatures tests to leave premises and seek medical examination.
• Notify Human Resources and/or Medical Services personnel of failed temperature scans.
• Obtain and maintain contact information of all employees who failed temperature tests.
• Provide informational kit to employees who were sent home after failing tests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must wear face shield, appropriate dress code, and other Personal Protective Equipment as deemed necessary.
• Must have excellent attendance and excellent safe work habits.
• Must have good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Must have excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Bilingual preferred, but not required (Spanish, Punjabi, Hmong).
• Must be able to submit and pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.
