Job Description

Purpose of Position: The purpose of this position is to maintain accurate inventory data from production, maintain production schedules and interact with product management at the corporate offices. This position maintains key reporting databases that involve production records, fill rates, raw material and finished goods inventories.

Conduct daily tasks, such as meat inventory balance, distribute specifications, tortilla verification, Finished Goods inventory report, clear COGI errors in SAP and tortilla inventory clearing.

Conduct weekly task and reports, such as downtime report, scheduling meeting, weekley chicken and turkey ordering and PECO pallet ordering and invoicing approval.

Schedule daily cycle counts and coordinate with kitchen and production department supervision.

Coordinate daily kitchen work orders, as well as data entry for meat usage.

Inventory adjustments from disposal, MDA, and daily cycle counts.

Conduct monthly physical inventories at the Fernando’s and weekly physical inventories of off site warehouses.

Conduct other tasks as required, such as attend meetings, trainings and work on special projects.

Qualifications

Requirements:

High School graduate or equivalent / some college preferred

1-3 years experience in Inventory Control and Shipping/Receiving Operations

Knowledge of office/warehouse procedures

Strong computer skills, including MS Office 

Knowledge of SAP required

Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills

Ability to solve problems in a detailed, comprehensive manner

Ability to work independently

Excellent analytical ability
