Update and complete all changes in employee cards. Complete timecards and prepare for Payroll.
Prepare monthly safety meetings. Track safety meetings to assure all meetings are completed. Attend all safety meetings.
Track all Workers Compensation cases, complete all the paper work, and follow up all doctor visits. 
Order and track all supplies and parts for the department. In charge of the PCard and monthly
Closing of the card statement.
Maintain fuel inventory, track fuel usage monthly.
Give monthly mileage to the truck shop.
Generate period reports so the manager can generate his period report.

Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
Must have one years of clerical experience.
Must be able to type 40-50 WPM.
Must be able to use 10-key by touch.
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office. SAP knowledge preferred.
Must have strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, multi-task, work with detailed information with minimal supervision independently or in a team environment.
Bilingual English/Spanish.
