Our Client, a leading player in the telecommunications industry, seeks to Account Managers for its B2B operation in Lagos. 

Job Description

Job Purpose

  • To provide professional account management to B2B accounts as part of the B2B sales strategy and plan that will deliver shareholders’ value.
  • To manage B2B sales based on an agreed pipeline management and  best practices
  • To meet monthly targets for revenues, profitability and customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing and executing initiatives to increase market share in the B2B Market space by offering customized/tailor-made solutions that meet their business needs:
  • Responsible for ensuring monthly/quarterly/yearly targets are achieved
  • Responsible for driving sales of the company's business optimized products and solutions through current distribution network
  • Responsible for providing in-depth expertise for products and solutions sell-out through the B2B channel
  • Responsible for ensuring B2B requirements are met in terms of product specification and packaging.

Qualifications

Qualification & Experience 

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, economics or any other degree in management/social sciences
  • Must have a minimum of 6 years post-graduation experience in Mobile/Telecom, Banking industry with a minimum  of two (2) of those years in a similar position
  • Possession of an MBA will be an added advantage
