Job Description

As the Human Resources Generalist for our large Consumer Services group, you will provide comprehensive day-to-day HR support and serve as the primary contact for general HR questions and tactical issues. You will support approximately 400 employees located remotely across the country and partner closely with senior-level management, addressing their HR needs and ensuring effective collaboration. You will provide operational support across recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, communication, engagement, and adherence to HR policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent experience, along with 2-3 years of generalist HR experience, preferably in a call center or consumer services environment.

This role is designated as hybrid which includes working 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) out of one of our office locations (Deerfield, IL/Maumee, OH/Oak Creek, WI/Brookings, ND/New London, NC/Pine Grove, PA/Mocksville, NC/Butler, IN).

What you will be doing:

  • Provide comprehensive HR support, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Act as the primary contact for general HR inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
  • Oversee performance-based metrics, SLAs, and KPIs to align with organizational goals.
  • Guide onboarding for new hires and ensure smooth integration into the company.
  • Draft and communicate important talent messages and assist in policy creation and enforcement.
  • Support regular HR processes such as merit and bonus reviews, equity distribution, and employee engagement surveys.
  • Manage HR system updates and employee change processes.
  • Facilitate team-building activities and support new leader assimilation.
  • Lead and participate in HR transformation projects and other ad hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field or equivalent experience required.
  • 2-3 years of generalist experience in HR, with a preference for experience in a call center or consumer services environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • SHRM-CP/PHR
  • Experience with Workday or UKG
