Job Description

Reporting to the Emtek Finance Controller, the Sr. Accounts Receivable Coordinator will be responsible for supporting Emtek's accounting team. This role’s primary focus will be in Account receivables application and supporting clerical needs. 

 

Position location – on site schedule, based out of Irwindale, CA.

 

RESPONSIBLIITIES:

What you will be doing

  • Ensure that all cash receipts are recorded accurately on a daily basis.
  • Work with accounts receivable collections team to resolve discrepancies
  • Providing accurate and timely processing of Accounts Payable as needed
  • Support Scanning and Filing of AP invoices and Journal entries
  • Assisting with various accounting projects
  • Perform other duties and tasks needed to support the accounting department

Qualifications

 

  • HS diploma or GED required. Some college accounting courses a plus
  • 1-3 years of experience required.
  • Strong attention to detail; ability to present numerical data effectively; good organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Alpha numeric and 10-key typing scores more than 7000; good Excel, Word, Outlook skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, high volume environment

Additional Information

Hiring Pay Range: $50,000 - $77,000

*Actual pay will vary based on qualifications and other factors
