Job Description

As a Technical Project manager you will be driving the strategic objectives by overseeing multiple large-scale technical projects and workstreams. In this role, you will manage the Global Technology projects to achieve FBOS strategic goals by executing the digital transformation projects.  Additionally, you will oversee the successful planning, resourcing, organization, leading and execution of technical implementations. You will partner closely with the overall IT and Business leadership to execute effectively to the project objectives, project plans, while enabling overall organizational change management, stakeholder communication and management of program resources.

What you will be doing

  • Work with Technical Leads, Architects, developers and consulting partners to coordinate sub-workstreams/tasks.
  • Act as a project execution owner from inception to post-implementation for multi-year, enterprise-level projects.
  • Develop resource and task sequencing plans.
  • Perform program risk assessment and assist in evaluating and identifying risk controls.
  • Maintain and closely monitor the program risk management plan.
  • Manage IT project spending, interdependencies, audits, metrics, and reporting.
  • Responsible for successfully planning, organizing, leading, and executing programs/projects effectively and efficiently. 
  • Focuses on both strategic and tactical achievement of desired business results. 
  • Coach to provide support to teams on Agile practices.
  • Responsible for running Scrum ceremonies, coaching team, and removes impediments.
  • Execute on the pre-established roadmap and release delivery schedule.
  • Manages project team members without direct authority when leading cross-functional projects.



  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, etc.)
  • Total 7+ years of working experience within technology space with 4+ years’ work experience with technical project management and 3+ years of experience working as a BA/BS Business in IT outside of the Project Management
  • 3+ Years of Experience with various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow PPM, Smartsheet etc.)
  • 2+ Years of experience working as a technical lead and/or developer in the technology implementation or technology product development.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects from initiation to completion.
  • Experience working on large, strategic IT projects and managing large IT portfolios across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to create and manage project plans, governance, budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise business architecture, ALM, SDLC
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)


  • CSM, PSM, SAFe Certification is a plus.
  • Demonstrated understanding of organizational environment and projects alignment to corporate objectives
  • Knowledge of enterprise applications, preferably Oracle ERP applications (on-premise and cloud)
  • Strong analytical Skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize efforts.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

The Salary Range for this position is: $100,000 - $130,000
