    Job Description

    Safely and efficiently maintain and repair the equipment in the finish department, while properly handling materials and products, meeting production goals, maintaining quality standards, and team objectives.


    Duties and Responsibilities: 

    • Checks spray booths at beginning of shift to ensure that pressure settings are correct.
    • Changes filters on material supply lines on a schedule.
    • Cleans fluid filter hosing, mixing tubes, and other components.
    • Checks flow meter and injector valve weep holes.
    • Checks oil levels in airline lubricators and low pressure pumps, runaway valves, and air filters.
    • Verifies all gauges in use are functioning properly.
    • Rebuilds and repairs finish equipment as needed.
    • Troubleshoots issues related to spray booths and pump rooms.
    • Able to interpret and follow instructions.
    • Capability to fabricate tools to aid in production, including carts, tables, safety guards, racks, and other things as needed.
    • Need to be able to work independently and multitask.
    • Regular attendance is required.
    • Other duties as assigned.
