Job Description

In this role you will provide HR leadership and business partner support to the Milwaukee Operations and Supply Chain leader throughout the facility. This role aligns people strategy & talent management solutions with the business strategy. This role requires an experienced hands-on business partner who will provide effective coaching to leaders and associates across the organization. In this role, you will have the opportunity to be impactful in driving positive change across a dynamic organization.

  • Collaborate with leaders to develop and implement proactive and innovative talent management solutions to deliver business results
  • Coach, challenge and support leaders in their role on talent development and organizational processes.
  • Champion Positive Associate Relations culture by coaching leaders on leading change, engaging associates and effectively building capabilities.
  • Create and support roll out of HR solutions to the business, acting as a champion, engaging stakeholders, challenging and coaching managers to gain buy-in.
  • Partner with leaders to understand key performance issues, objectives and drives and help build effective solutions.



  • Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Business or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience including a minimum of 3 years as an HR business partner supporting business operations within a manufacturing environment
  • Oversee all aspect of Labor Relations including grievances, communications, discipline
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of an organization.
  • Proven record of implementing new processes and getting results
  • Use of KPIs to get results  


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR related field or relevant experience
  • Experience managing all aspects of a human resources function (employee/labor relations, compensation, staffing, benefits, training, communications, discipline, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Implementing and changing processes in a union environment
  • Lean manufacturing environments
