Job Description

  • Pre-screen candidates according to “best of best” established candidate profile.
  • Ensure data integrity within SmartRecruiters when tracking candidates.
  •  Schedule phone and in-person interviews with respective supervisor.
  • Help assist candidates with the drug screen and background check process and review results.
  • Communicate with trainers, supervisors, and management team about confirmed new hires and orientation class size for the following week.
  • Oversee the Referral Program; ensure the process is followed and data is correct for payment.
  • Communicate with new hires about their start date and orientation week.
  • Manage and facilitate the internal recruiting and job opportunity process.
  • Track and maintain headcount file; adding new hires, removing terminated employees, and reallocating employees that are transferring departments.
  • Attend and manage on and off-site hiring events as needed and necessary.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with community partners such as local community colleges, schools, and NC Works.
  • Lead other recruiting staff during production and headcount ramps.
  • Post jobs and write job descriptions as needed and necessary.

Qualifications

  • Experience with full cycle recruiting practices.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and management team.
  • Strong organizational and writing skills.
  • Experience and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking system preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage fast-paced environment and high demand of recruiting.
